Thank you to everyone who has visited my website so far and sent me messages of support, 'liked' aspects of my site or left comments. The generous feedback has been very encouraging.
I am pleased to announce that a new gallery has been added that showcases some of my landscape photos taken during trips to the Isle of Mull over the past few years. Mull is a stunningly beautiful place and I can highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to go with a camera. All of my visits have been in the 'off-season', during autumn or winter. At this time of year the island is incredibly quiet and peaceful and some days it felt as though we were the only people there. The light at this time of year is also incredible and the skies produce some fantastic sunsets.
Mull isn't just a place to go for landscapes, it is also a wonderful place to photograph wildlife. There are plenty of tours you can join to help you find your subject matter if you want to go down that route, but there is also plenty of information on the web to help you find your own locations. I highly recommend finding a vantage point and just sitting down for a while. If you are patient enough (and a little bit lucky), you might just find that the wildlife comes to you.
I hope you like the new photos.
